Return Policy
When you make a return on your online purchase, you will receive the refund via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
If you sent your return through a shipping company, we will process it in the 72 hours after receiving it in our facilities.
Once the return has been completed we will send you a confirmation email.
Keep in mind that once the return has been made, you will receive the amount within a maximum period of 14 days, depending on your bank.
If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 days, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.
